OpenEar Projects:
Hear, Here, The Listening Ear
The OpenEar Project is devoted to producing CD-ROMs and Web-based materials for children and youth. Materials will facilitate the discovery of attentive listening, and learning about unique soundscape, and acoustic ecology. The goal of all OpenEar projects is to help young people become more active listeners.
We are currently working on Hear Here, The Listening Ear a CD-ROM introduction to listening. It is scheduled for release at the end of 2005 and will be available for both the Macintosh and Windows computer platforms.
